Personal Check

Credit Card

MasterCard, Visa, and AMEX accepted. Please call either Clay or Layne to pass on your card details. 

HLL charges a 2.4% Transaction Fee on all credit card payments.

Wire Transfer

If this method is preferred, please contact Clay to receive all necessary information to complete the transfer.

Deposit Schedule

$2,000 per party member due by September 15th, 2025 or at the time of booking.

– An additional $2,000 per party member due by December 1st, 2025

– Final payment due April 1st, 2026

Trip Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is 90 days prior to your arrival date at the lodge.

HLL will not pay cash refunds. If cancelling prior to the 90-day period your refund less your non-refundable deposits will be in the form of a credit for the following season; you can always transfer your reservation to another party but you must arrange the transfer.

If cancelling within the 90-day period all trip payments are forfeited. HLL will not roll-over any amounts whatsoever when inside the 90-day period.

Trip Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance to protect their trip and any non-refundable expenses.
