Weather Considerations
Dress for the conditions.
Summer weather at Hatchet Lake Lodge is well suited to long, enjoyable days on the water. While early June mornings can be cool, daytime temperatures warm quickly, and July and August regularly bring comfortable to warm conditions, with many days reaching the mid-70s to low-80s°F. Packing layers is still recommended, and a high-quality rain suit is essential—not only for rain, but also for wind and spray when traveling across open water.
